WINSTAR, introduced the NEW 3” circular monochrome LCD module composed of 128 x 128 dot matrix with a built in ST75161 IC; supports 8080/6800 parallel, 3-wire and 4-wire serial SPI, 12C interface, 1/136 driving duty, and 1/12 BIAS.

The module is equipped with a white LED backlight, FSTN negative and FSTN positive. Also available in multiple LCD types and color combinations. A operating temperature range from -20°C to+70°C along with a storage range of -30°C to +80°C.
